Answers for setup, evaluations, Iso AI, reports, billing and privacy.
Create your organization and team in Team Setup, then walk the five steps: play style, competitive level, goals, culture and branding. Everything you pick there shapes the role, focus area and mission suggestions later, and you can edit it any time from More → Team Settings.
Turn on the sample roster from Team Setup. It creates isolated demo players so you can walk the full flow — evaluation, role, focus area, mission, report — without touching real athlete data. You can delete all sample data later from Team Settings.
Add Player → Evaluation → Role → Archetype → Focus Area → Weekly Mission → Visible Growth. On a player's page each of the seven stages is clickable and takes you straight to the section that needs attention.
Roles are never assumed. After you complete Tools and Movement, the app ranks the roles that fit that player's position and profile, explains why each is suggested, and waits for you to choose. You can always browse every role and override the suggestion.
Mission volume scales with competitive level so rep counts stay realistic. Free plans keep three active missions per team; paid plans are unlimited.
No. Assistants can run evaluations and log mission progress. Only the head coach sets roles, focus areas and the Team Gap.
Only your own team's data — players, evaluations, missions, focus areas, team gaps and logged stat sessions. It cannot see other programs, and it will say so when the data it needs is missing.
There is a fair-use limit per coach so one busy account can't slow the assistant down for everyone during game night. Your conversations are saved; wait a few seconds and ask again.
Never. Every AI draft is labelled for coach review, stays editable, and has to be approved by a coach before it can be shared with a player or parent.
Nobody until a head coach approves it. Approved reports can be shared with the player or their guardian, and access can be revoked at any time.
Paid plans can pick from 25 team colours during team setup or in Team Settings. Free plans use the standard Iso green; if you upgrade again, your previously chosen colour comes back.
You get in-app reminders at 7 days, 3 days and 24 hours before the first charge, each showing the plan, amount and date, with a one-tap way to cancel or change plan. If you do nothing and no payment is set up, the account moves to the Free plan — nothing is deleted.
One team, 7 editable players, three active missions, one coach seat, and Player DNA preview only. Iso Pro adds unlimited players, up to 5 coaches and cited Iso AI. Nothing is deleted — extra records stay visible and become editable again the moment you upgrade.
Refunds are handled by our payment provider within the period stated in the refund policy. Contact support from More → Report a problem, or use the billing link in your receipt.
Minors' records are program-scoped, guardian protections apply to sharing, and no report about a minor leaves the program without coach approval. Full detail is on the youth data page.
Privacy Centre in the app handles data export and correction requests. Account deletion is under More → Delete account and removes your account and program data on the schedule described in the privacy policy.
Check spam first, then confirm the address is spelled correctly. If the address already has an account, use Forgot password instead of signing up again. Still nothing after ten minutes? Report it from More → Report a problem and we'll check delivery.
Pull to refresh, or sign out and back in. Saved work is stored server-side, so refreshing never loses a saved evaluation, mission or report.
Cancelled or expired sign-in attempts return you to the sign-in screen. Try again, or use email and password on the same address.
