Can assistants edit roles? No. Assistants can evaluate and log mission progress; only the head coach sets roles, priorities and the Team Gap.
Do players see everything? No. Players and parents only see reports the head coach approves, and the head coach can revoke access at any time.
Is the AI text final? No. Every AI draft is labelled "Coach Review Required", stays editable, and must be approved by a coach before it can be shared.
How do I export or delete my data? Open More → Privacy Center. You can export a full copy of your data and permanently delete your account there.
How do I cancel? Open More → Subscription & billing → Manage subscription, or cancel in your Apple subscription settings. Access continues to the end of the paid period and your data is preserved.
