Privacy Policy

Iso Analytics stores the information a coach enters: account details, team and roster information, coaching observations, player roles, development priorities and mission progress. This document is a draft prepared for review by qualified privacy counsel before launch.

• Account data: name, email address and sign-in identity (adult coaches and organization admins).
• Team data: organization, team, staff roles, identity, Team Gap, Team Focus and season information.
• Player development data: evaluations, roles, priorities, missions, growth history and coach notes.
• Consent records: whether a team includes players under 13 and the guardian authorization logged by the coach.
• Product usage events (screen views, feature use, plan changes) used to improve the app.

No medical or health records, no injury diagnoses, no biometric identifiers, no precise location tracking of players, and no advertising identifiers. We do not sell personal data and we do not share player information with advertisers or data brokers. See the App Privacy Disclosure for the full data-collection table.

Player records are created by adult coaches, not by children. Player and parent accounts see a player report only after the head coach approves it. Where a team includes players under 13, the organization must confirm guardian authorization in the Privacy Center. Details are in the Youth Data and Parent/Guardian Consent Policy.

Data is visible to the staff of your team, to the player it describes, and to their guardian, once a coach approves the report. We use service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage and AI text generation strictly to operate the app.

AI-drafted summaries are generated from the observations your staff enter. Every draft is labelled and must be reviewed and approved by a coach before it is shared. AI output is a coaching suggestion, never an assessment or prediction of health, injury or future athletic outcomes.

• All traffic is encrypted in transit; data is encrypted at rest by our cloud provider.
• Row-level security scopes every read and write to the organization that owns the record.
• Role-based permissions separate head coach, assistant, player and parent access.
• Privileged actions are written to a tamper-evident activity log.

Active account data is retained while your account exists. You can delete your account at any time from More → Privacy Center → Delete my account. See the Account Deletion and Data Retention Policy for the full schedule.

You can access, correct, export and delete your data from the Privacy Center in the app. Requests can also be sent through the support page.
