Terms of Service

Iso Analytics is a basketball coaching, player-development, evaluation, role-assignment and progress-tracking platform. It is not a medical device, healthcare provider, diagnostic or treatment tool, injury-prediction product, medical-record system, player-agent service, or a public scouting or athlete-ranking service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for the staff you invite. Head coaches and organization admins control roles, sharing, consent settings and billing for their organization. Organizations are responsible for obtaining any parent or guardian authorization required for minor players — see the Youth Data and Guardian Consent Policy.

• Free includes one team, up to 7 players and three active Player Missions. No payment, no renewal.
• Iso Pro is billed monthly or annually and renews automatically until cancelled.
• Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase and at each renewal.
• Cancel any time in your Apple subscription settings; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• Downgrading never deletes data you created; features outside the Free limits become read-only.
• Purchases can be restored from the subscription screen.

Iso Analytics is a youth-sport environment. Profanity, sexual content, nudity or sexualized imagery, hate speech, slurs, harassment, threats, violent content and links to adult material are prohibited anywhere in the app, at any time, in every field. The app provides no image, video or file upload surface, and all free text is screened automatically before it is saved. Blocked attempts are recorded, and accounts that attempt to publish prohibited content may be suspended or removed.

Do not upload unlawful content, harass players, publish rankings of minors, or use the app to make medical, diagnostic or clearance decisions. Evaluations are subjective coaching observations recorded by your staff.

AI-drafted summaries are labelled "Coach Review Required", are editable, and must be reviewed and approved by a coach before they are shared with a player or parent. The approving coach is responsible for the final content.

You can delete your account in the app from More → Privacy Center → Delete my account. The Account Deletion and Data Retention Policy explains what is deleted, what may be retained and the expected timeframe.

We work to keep the service available, but it is provided without warranty. We may update these terms and will surface material changes in the app.
