Subscription Terms

• Free: one team, up to 7 players, three active Player Missions. No payment, no renewal.
• Iso Pro ($29.99/month or $249/year): unlimited players and missions, up to 5 coach seats, cited Iso AI, full Player DNA, assessment history, Top 5 lineup intelligence and custom report exports. Auto-renews monthly or annually.

• Paid plans are auto-renewing monthly subscriptions purchased through the App Store.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically at the same price unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Current prices, plan length and any introductory offer are shown on the purchase screen before you buy.

Manage or cancel at any time in your Apple subscription settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions), or from More → Subscription in the app. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple under its media-services terms. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. Unused portions of a period are not refundable by Iso Analytics.

If you reinstall the app or switch devices, tap Restore Purchases on the subscription screen while signed in to the same Apple ID to re-apply your entitlement.

Downgrading never deletes data you created. Players, evaluations, missions and reports beyond the Free limits become read-only and are fully restored when you upgrade again.

If a price increases, Apple notifies you and your consent is required before the increased price is charged. Material changes to plan contents are announced in the app before they take effect.

The organization admin who purchases the plan controls entitlements for the organization. Removing staff or teams does not change your billing tier until you change plans.
